Registration
When registering, you agree that any information you provide to sdmiscreenprint.com will be current, accurate and complete.
Completing the registration form will facilitate placing and reviewing your orders.
You may have access to change or review your account information and view order history from the My Account link. 
In order to access accounts, a username (your email address) and password is required. 
In the event a username or password or both are lost, please contact our customer service department for assistance or click here. 
Registered users may receive future special offers and discounts.
We do not permit any other person using the registered sections under your name; or access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.
International Customers
If you want to place an order to ship outside of the U.S., please contact sales for an international shipping quote & order procedures.
Shipping Time
Cut off time for same day shipment is 2:30pm PST. 
Additional time for shipping may be required for large quantity and size orders. We will contact you if there is any delay.
Expedited shipping is available for most locations. The shipping options page during checkout will let you know if the product can be sent via expedited shipping.
You will receive notice within 24 hours if any of the item(s) ordered, are out of stock or on backorder.
If any order is shipped partial or separate, customers will be notified via email.
Shipping Method
FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight.
UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing shipping confirmation along with tracking information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment. 
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Applicable Sales tax will be added automatically during the check out process.

Money order/Cashier’s check (must receive first)

Payment Terms
Payment for your order is due prior to shipment. Only items being shipped will be charged. 
Customers can make payment by any of the payment methods listed above. 
Customer agrees to pay the total amount due as specified on the invoice as indicated on the checkout page. 
To place an order and pay by check or money order, simply click on check/money order as a payment option when finalizing your order and follow the instructions.
For all check or cashier’s check orders, we must receive your payment within 7 days from the day you place your order, otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt to insure that no items are missing, damaged or sent in error.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR PACKAGE in order to file a claim.
Receipt date is the signed delivery date for the package. So please open the shipment upon receipt.
Incomplete/Damaged Shipments
If any items are missing, please double check and refer to the packing slip that your order wasn’t spilt into multiple shipments. 
If you find shortage or damaged items, please contact us right away. 
SDMI will find ways to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Replacing Missing Items
Upon inspection, and a product is missing from your order, contact Customer Service within 2 business days after receipt. We will assist you in replacing the missing item(s).
Due to time sensitivity, SDMI will be limited in providing customers with a refund or replacement if claims are made after 48 hours from receipt.
Returns
To return a product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from SDMI within five (5) business days from receipt of your order. Please click here to acquire a RMA number. 
SDMI will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days within which return products must be received by SDMI warehouse. 
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should clearly display the RMA number(s) on the boxes containing the return product(s). 
All shipments we receive without a RMA number or after 14 days, will be automatically rejected by our warehouse and will be sent back to the sender/customer at their expense. 
A handling and restocking charge of 15% will be applied on all goods returned unless it was shipped due to an error by SDMI.
Inspection Criteria of Returned Goods
Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped back without damage.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Emulsion, Film and any liquids must be returned un-opened. 
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any return product(s) to SDMI warehouse.
If any component of the returned product is missing, SDMI Return Procedure will be breached and a credit will not be issued. 
Return processing will take effect only after item(s) are physically received at SDMI warehouse. 
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your shipment is received. 
Original shipping charges as well as return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Cancellations
You must cancel your order within 24 hours OR before shipment occurs. (whichever occurs first).
If a shipment has been made within 24 hours, an order cannot be cancelled and the return policy will be in effect.
Backorders
If anything from your order is out of stock, it’ll be indicated as backordered and shipped to you when available. 
An email will be sent to you with information on approximate ship date and availability of the backordered product.
Security & Privacy
SDMIscreenprint.com takes your privacy and security seriously. For this reason we have established security measures including locked doors and files, electronic security and managerial controls that limit the potential for misuse of information by employees, contractors and other third parties.
